I take advantage of all of them sometimes welfil 20 through the month as well. I have welfil always had IBS symtos but, have never been diagnosed with it.

Anyway, the reason I wanted to blog about it was because it is such a natural act that (welfil 10/20) did NOT come so naturally to me.
